Shipping method and delivery time
We use EMS Japan to ship all orders. This is a highly reliable, international express delivery service and delivers globally, anywhere in the world within five days. Once the package arrives in your country, your national postal service will deliver it to your door.
We do not use any other delivery services and are unable to send packages via UPS, FedEx, DHL or other such delivery companies.
It is important to keep track of your order using your trace number. You will receive your trace number by email on the next working day after you place your order. To ensure that our email to you does not get filtered, please add our email address,
to your contacts.
Orders are processed each weekday morning and if you order over the weekend, your order will be processed and shipped on Monday morning. As soon as we process your order we will email you your EMS trace number.
Because reliability of delivery is as important to us as it is to you, a signature on delivery is required for every package. If you are not available at the time of delivery, you should contact your national postal service to reschedule the delivery time.
How much does shipping cost?
FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER 10,000 JAPANESE YEN
Shipping on all orders over 10,000 yen is FREE! If your order is under 10,000 yen, the cost of shipping will be 1,800 yen
If you purchase five watches or more, an additional 10% will be taken off your final order price!
Payment of tax and customs duty
For delivery to the US, orders up to the value of $500.00 are generally tax free from Japan.
For delivery to the UK, 17.5% VAT will be charged on the total price of your order (including shipping) by HM Revenue & Customs. Approximately 60p import duty per watch will also be charged. The Post Office or Parcelforce may also charge you an additional £13.50 administration charge for clearing packages through customs. For delivery to Europe and other countries, if your order is worth more than 45 Euros, your order will probably be taxed using the applicable tax and duty rate for your country. This could be up to 27% in some countries.
For delivery to Canada, 5% GST (or 14% HST if you live in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick or Newfoundland/Labrador) will be charged on the total price of your order by the Canada Border Services Agency. 5% import duty on the total purchase price will also be charged. Canada Post may also charge you an additional $8 handling fee. For more information on Tax & Customs in Canada, please visit the CBSA website.
Tokyoflash online prices are far lower than retail prices to account for these charges.
Do you deliver to my country?
YES! WE DELIVER TO ALL COUNTRIES WORLDWIDE except for China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Ivory Coast, Kazakhstan and Nigeria, due to either high rates of credit card fraud or postal theft.
For countries in very remote locations or countries without express delivery services such as Bermuda, Dominican Republic, Lebanon, Montenegro, Serbia and Tahiti, deliveries may take between 7-14 days. In such cases, we will send packages by registered airmail. We will contact you by email if this is the case.
My package didn't arrive
Although it is unusual for delays in delivery, if your package didn't arrive, please check the status of your order through our online order tracing service.

- Deliveries to very remote locations may take between 7-14 days.
- If there is a delay at customs it will be shown on the EMS trace.
- If the package hasn't arrived within seven days of us sending you your EMS number, contact your local post office to see if they have your package.
