  • We use FedEx to ship all orders. This is a highly reliable, international express delivery service and delivers globally, anywhere in the world in an average of FIVE DAYS.

My package didn't arrive

I received the wrong item or my item was damaged during shipping

  • If you have received the wrong item or your item was damaged during shipping, firstly, don't panic. We are here to help you.
  • All items are fully insured in the case of damage and in the rare event that you received the wrong item, we will reimburse your return shipping costs and immediately send you the correct item.
