Shipping method and delivery time

  • We offer a choice of two shipping options, FedEx or EMS. These are both highly reliable, international express delivery services and deliver globally in an average of FIVE DAYS. If the delivery is made by EMS, once the package arrives in your country, your national postal service will deliver it to your door. The following are typical delivery times by country:

  • We do not use any other delivery services and are unable to send packages via regular mail, UPS, DHL or other such delivery companies.
  • It is important to keep track of your order using your trace number. You will receive your trace number by email on the next working day after you place your order.

  • Orders are processed each weekday morning and if you order over the weekend, your order will be processed and shipped on Monday morning.
  • As soon as we process your order we will email you your trace number.
  • Because reliability of delivery is as important to us as it is to you, a signature on delivery is required for every package we send. If you are not available at the time of delivery, you should contact your local post office or FedEx office to reschedule the delivery time.
  • If you are not available at the time of delivery and do not claim your package, eventually it will be sent back to us. In this case, if you would like us to reship the product to you, you will have to pay the delivery cost again.

How much does shipping cost?

  • SHIPPING ON ALL WATCH ORDERS OVER 120 US DOLLARS IS FREE!
  • If your order includes any products that are not watches, the cost of shipping will depend on the weight of your total order. The shipping cost for the items you want to buy will be calculated and stated in the shopping basket before you place your order.
  • If your order is under $120, the cost of shipping will depend on the weight of your total order and will be calculated and stated in the shopping basket before you place your order.

My package didn't arrive

  • It is unusual for delays in delivery, however, if your package didn't arrive, please check the status of your order through our online order tracking service.

I received the wrong item or my item was damaged during shipping

  • If you have received the wrong item or your item was damaged during shipping, firstly, don't panic. We are here to help you.
  • All items are fully insured in the case of damage and in the rare event that you received the wrong item, we will reimburse your return shipping costs and immediately send you the correct item.
  • Please contact us quoting your order number and what the problem was with your delivery.
