How to place an order

To place an order, first of all decide on the product that you would like to buy. Then on the page for that product, select the color you want from the drop down menu below the main product image and the quantity you would like to order by placing the number in the box below the main product image. Then click the BUY option and it will be added to your shopping basket.

You can add more items to your shopping basket by returning to the product pages and following the same instructions. You can also remove items from your shopping basket. When you have added everything you want to your basket, the price will be displayed and if you have a coupon code, you can use it here. Finally click the CHECK OUT option and follow the on screen instructions.

How to change an order

If you wish to change your order after it has been placed - no problem! Simply email us at quoting your order number and what you would like to change about your order.

Please contact us before we process your order, before 9:00 am (Japan Time) Monday to Friday or if you place your order at the weekend, before 9:00 am (Japan Time) on Monday.

The time in Japan NOW is: Saturday, 17:10 pm

Please DO NOT send any credit card information by email. If you make a mistake with your payment details, you should cancel your order and place a new order.

Which countries can orders be placed from?

ORDERS CAN BE PLACED FROM ALL COUNTRIES WORLDWIDE AND WE DELIVER TO ALL COUNTRIES
except China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Ivory Coast, Kazakhstan and Nigeria due to either high rates of credit card fraud or postal theft.

For countries in very remote locations or countries without express delivery services such as Bermuda, Dominican Republic, Lebanon, Montenegro, Serbia and Tahiti, deliveries may take between 7-14 days. In such cases, we will send packages by registered airmail. We will contact you by email if this is the case.

Reasons & solutions for rejected orders, credit and debit card declines

If your order has been DECLINED please ensure that you have entered your credit/debit card details including credit card number and expiry date correctly and that there are sufficient funds in your account. Then try placing your order again.

Your bank security might prevent unusual transactions such as a transaction from a foreign country. This is easily resolved by contacting your bank or credit card company.

If your order has been REJECTED it might be because we cannot deliver to your country or your credit card was flagged as fraudulent.

Your bank or credit card company can confirm why your credit or debit card was declined or rejected so if you are still experiencing difficulties, please contact your bank or credit card company.

Payment of tax and customs duty

For delivery to the US, orders up to the value of $500.00 are generally tax free from Japan.

For delivery to the UK, 17.5% VAT will be charged on the total price of your order (including shipping) by HM Revenue & Customs. Approximately 60p import duty per watch will also be charged. The Post Office or Parcelforce may also charge you an additional £13.50 administration charge for clearing packages through customs. For delivery to Europe and other countries, if your order is worth more than 45 Euros, your order will probably be taxed using the applicable tax and duty rate for your country. This could be up to 27% in some countries.

Tokyoflash online prices are far lower than retail prices to account for these charges.

Can I buy a gift certificate or gift voucher?

At present, we do not offer gift certificates or gift vouchers for use at our online store. If the product you are buying is a gift, it can be exchanged for a either a different design or for a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. The watch must be returned in PERFECT CONDITION. Please see the Tokyoflash Japan returns policy for more information.
