I can't set the time or date
Please ensure you follow the instructions for your watch carefully and use an appropriate tool to press the SET button. If your watch has a recessed SET button, please ensure that you use a very thin tool, such as a straightened paper clip to press the button. A pen nib is not suitable.
Depending on the watch, you may need to hold the SET button for several seconds, sometimes quite firmly.

The strap has broken
All Tokyoflash products have a twelve month warranty from the date of purchase.
The Tokyoflash warranty policy covers all genuine manufacturing defects which lead the watch mechanism to fail. Unfortunately, the Tokyoflash warranty policy does not cover batteries, glass or strap damage. Accidental damage, misuse, neglect and unauthorized repair are also not covered.

Tokyoflash will refund up to 1,500 yen of your shipping costs for any servicing carried out within the first six months from the date of purchase.

The battery is dead
The battery in your Tokyoflash watch should last for at least one year. If you notice the lights on your watch getting dimmer, it is an indication that the battery needs replacing. Since weak or dead batteries can damage the movement, we recommend that you replace the battery as soon as possible. Do not wait until the watch stops functioning.
If the battery in your Tokyoflash watch runs out we recommend that you take the watch to a jewelry store or watch specialist for battery replacement. All Tokyoflash watches use standard batteries available at any jewelry store or watch specialist and can be replaced quickly and easily for a small charge.

Can you repair a watch not bought from Tokyoflash?
If we do not sell the watch, we cannot arrange for repair.
You must be able to prove that the watch is still under warranty and that you bought the watch from Tokyoflash to benefit from free repair under the Tokyoflash warranty policy.
If it is a watch that we currently sell, please contact us, let us know the product name and the problem you are experiencing and we will advise you on how to get your watch repaired.
If the watch is no longer available to buy from Tokyoflash we may be able to repair it. We can repair the following products that are no longer available to buy: Pimp, Tokyo Time, Equalizer, Twelve 5-9, EleeNo, Morse, Jackpot, Cyberpunk, RadioActive and Fusion.
If you did not buy your watch from Tokyoflash, please contact the retailer from where your watch was purchased. The watch may be covered under the retailer warranty policy. Alternatively, contact the manufacturer.
We also recommend that you take the watch to a jewelry store or watch specialist for repair or servicing. They may be able to repair your watch quickly and easily for a small charge.
