Tokyoflash Japan returns policy
If you are not satisfied with your Tokyoflash watch, you can apply for an exchange or refund.
If when you receive your watch you decide it is not what you wanted, you may exchange it for a either a different design or for a full refund. Please note: the watch must be returned in PERFECT CONDITION. If the watch is damaged, scratched or if there is evidence that the watch has been worn for an extended period of time we cannot accept the return.
You must contact us within 48 hours from when you receive your watch if you would like an exchange or refund and you must send the product back within 14 days.
In the case of an exchange or refund, you are eligible to pay shipping costs and we only accept returns sent by regular or registered mail from your national post office. We do not accept returns delivered by UPS, FedEx, DHL or other such delivery companies due to their strict customs clearance policies.
ReturnHow to get an exchange or refund
When returning your watch for an exchange or refund, please include a note inside the package with your name, address, email address, order number, the reason for return and whether you would like an exchange or refund. Then post the package to the address below.
If you request a refund, a 100% refund will be made, however, shipping is non-refundable. Due to currency exchange rates changing, the actual amount refunded maybe slightly more or less than the original price at the time the refund is given.
Please allow between 2-3 weeks for the refund to show up on your credit/debit card.
