The watch I want is in the watch museum - when will it be available or where can I buy it?

Watches featured in the watch museum are watches that were previously sold by Tokyoflash. In some cases these are limited edition products.

These products are now permanently sold out and WILL NOT be available to buy from Tokyoflash in the future.

If you really want a watch that you have seen in the watch museum, you could try looking on collectors forums on the internet.

The watch I want is coming soon. How soon?

Watches featured in the coming soon section are new designs or models that are currently in the stages of design or production. Unfortunately the arrival date for these products is not known and could be up to six months. We will let you know the expected arrival date on the product page as soon as we know.

You can reserve a watch featured on the coming soon page. There is no commitment to buy - we'll simply send you a reminder by email when the watch is available to pre-order or buy.

If you are really interested in a watch featured in the coming soon section, we suggest that you make a reservation and then a pre-order which will guarantee you the watch and avoid disappointment if stock does run low.

The watch I want is sold out - when will it be available?

Watches that are SOLD OUT are unavailable to buy at this time. Most of these watches will not be available to buy in future, however, in some cases we will restock the product. Six weeks before the product is restocked, you will be able to place a PRE-ORDER from the product page.

What is a pre-order and how does the pre-ordering system work?

It is possible to place an order for a watch that is currently out of stock. When this option is available, you will see the "PRE-ORDER" option in the product selection box. This means that we are temporarily out of stock but more will be arriving within six weeks.

You can still place your order now and it will be shipped as soon as the product arrives. We'll let you know the exact arrival date as soon as we have more information.

The expected shipping date is stated on the pre-order form when you click the BUY option for the product. You do not have to buy the product to find out the expected shipping date.

Your card will not be charged until we ship the watch and you may change or cancel your order at any time before shipping.

Please note, when you pre-order an item, you must place the order separately to any other order you make. You cannot combine different watches in your pre-order.

When a watch is available for pre-order it will be available for shipping within six weeks. The expected shipping date is stated in the watch description and on the pre-order form when you click the BUY option for the product. You do not have to buy the product to find out the expected shipping date.
