Tokyoflash warranty policy

All Tokyoflash products have a twelve month warranty from the date of purchase.

The Tokyoflash warranty policy covers all genuine manufacturing defects which lead the watch mechanism to fail. In such cases, within the twelve month warranty period, the watch will either be repaired or replaced free of charge. Tokyoflash will refund up to 1,500 yen of your shipping costs for any servicing carried out within the first six months from the date of purchase.

The Tokyoflash warranty policy does not cover batteries, glass or strap damage. Accidental damage, misuse, neglect and unauthorized repair are also not covered.
