- All products purchased through Tokyoflash Japan have a twelve month warranty from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated on the product page. The Tokyoflash Japan warranty policy covers all genuine manufacturing defects which lead to product failure.
- In such cases, within the twelve month warranty period, the product will either be repaired, replaced free of charge or a refund will be given depending on the specific situation.
- Accidental damage, misuse, neglect and unauthorized repair of products are not covered.
- The Tokyoflash Japan warranty policy does not cover product batteries, glass or wear and tear.
