Tokyoflash Japan Warranty Policy
All products purchased through Tokyoflash Japan have a twelve month warranty from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated on the product page. The Tokyoflash Japan warranty policy covers all genuine manufacturing defects which lead to product failure.
In such cases, within the twelve month warranty period, the product will either be repaired, replaced free of charge or a refund will be given depending on the specific situation.
Tokyoflash Japan will refund up to 1,500 yen of your return shipping costs for any servicing carried out within the first six months from the date of purchase. We are unable to refund shipping costs after this time because we do not retain customer credit/debit card details and are unable to make a refund transaction on our system.
If you made your purchase from somewhere other than the Tokyoflash Japan website but have a valid warranty card, we will offer you an account with up to 1,500 points (1,500 yen) to use on a future purchase, as a reimbursement for your return shipping costs for any servicing carried out within the first six months from the date of purchase.
Accidental damage, misuse, neglect and unauthorized repair of products are not covered.
The Tokyoflash Japan warranty policy does not cover product batteries, glass or wear and tear.
