We use EMS Japan to ship all orders. This is a highly reliable, international express delivery service and delivers globally, anywhere in the world in an average of FIVE DAYS. Once the package arrives in your country, your national postal service will deliver it to your door.
You can keep track of your order from our website using your trace number. You will receive your trace number by email on the next working day after you place your order.
A signature on delivery is required for every package we send. If you are not available at the time of delivery, you should contact your national postal service to reschedule the delivery time.
For countries in very remote locations or countries without express delivery services, deliveries may take 7-14 days. In such cases, we will send packages by registered airmail. We will let you know in advance if this is the case.
