It seems to be a clock that would only tell hours, there doesn't seem to be any form of minutes to it. More or less it wouldn't be a clock, it would just be and indicator of which hour it was. As for the design, simple is a great way to go for people who are at a great distance. If you were to look to it and know what the 'settings' for it were, this would be rather easy to understand. Overall i would say 6/10
