If your order is under $120 ($120.00), the cost of shipping will depend on the size and weight of your total order and will be calculated and stated in the shopping basket when you place your order.

We offer a choice of two shipping options, FedEx or EMS. These are both highly reliable, international express delivery services and deliver globally in an average of FIVE DAYS. For certain countries that we are unable to ship to using FedEx, EMS is used and there is a small additional charge for shipping.

You can keep track of your order from our website using your trace number. You will receive your trace number by email on the next working day after you place your order.

A signature on delivery is required for every package we send. If you are not available at the time of delivery, you should contact your local post office or FedEx office to reschedule the delivery time.

*Note: Unfortunately in some countries we cannot send by FedEx & so we cannot offer 100% free shipping. In this case we send by EMS express & charge you a small shipping cost just to cover our added expenses only. You are still getting a $20 shipping discount like everyone else, but we ask you to pay the additional $6. Sometimes, we are able to get a special reduced rate for EMS - so at these times you wont need to pay anything. Thank you for your understanding. We are trying to give you the best service & value we can.

  • All items purchased between November 15th 2016 and December 24th 2016 are covered by the Tokyoflash Japan Holiday Returns Policy.
    This allows you to return the item to us for exchange or refund by January 13th 2017. Please contact us by email before January 13th if you would like an exchange or refund.
  • We advise you to keep track of your package during the busy holiday season. You will receive your trace number on the next working day after you place your order.
  • If your package hasn't arrived within four days, you should trace your package or contact your local postal service to find out if delivery has been attempted or if your package is being held for you.
  • A memo about the returns policy with an order number will be included inside all watch boxes to make returning gifts easier and faster.
