We offer a choice of two shipping options, FedEx or EMS. These are both highly reliable, international express delivery services and deliver globally in an average of FIVE DAYS. If the delivery is made by EMS, once the package arrives in your country, your national postal service will deliver it to your door.
It is important to keep track of your order using your trace number. You will receive your trace number by email on the next working day after you place your order. To ensure that our email to you does not get filtered, please add our email address, to your contacts.
Orders are processed each weekday morning and if you order over the weekend, your order will be processed and shipped on Monday morning. As soon as we process your order we will email you your trace number.
Because reliability of delivery is as important to us as it is to you, a signature on delivery is required for every package we send. If you are not available at the time of delivery, you should contact your local post office or FedEx office to reschedule the delivery time.
